2TWO SEPARATE INTERLINKED PROGRAMMES
- BOMCA
- To facilitate the licit flow of persons and
goods across Central Asian (CA) borders and to
increase security in CA - CADAP
- To foster a developmental oriented drug control
strategy in CA that ensures sustained reduction
of drug consumption trafficking in line with
European Commission drug strategies
