an error window will display instead of dropping
the user into Thoroughbred Basic Command mode.
Primarily a Customer Support mechanism, the
window displays the program and line number on
which the error occurred, and provides the
    support technician several options/tools for
    analyzing and debugging the problem.
  • Benefit
  • Small error can be solve by the users
    immediately.

Features Benefits 2
  • The FAX Confirmation feature allows the immediate
    facsimile of on-line confirmations 24 hours a
day, seven days a week, worldwide. It can be
programmed to transmit at night, when rates are
less expensive, to save money. It will also
    automatically retry on busy signals.
  • Benefits
  • - Complete logging, reporting, and
accountability available on-line and in the daily
    Night Audit process.
  • - Administrative Managers may easily set up the
FAX parameters in the Geac/UX system.

    enhance your property's productivity and
    profitability.

to automatically and sequentially prompt a
reservation agent using the Reservations program

  • Strengths

its kind in the market today.
  • Geac/UX's menu-driven features make training
easy. The user simply follows the flow of prompts
on the screen to complete the task at hand, thus
    saving time and money.

10
Competitive Analysis
  • Weaknesses
  • Both Hotellinx PMS INNfinity Hospitality
SystemsTM run on True Microsoft Windows
Application, so when a new desk clerk is hired,
he is already pre-trained in the basic use of
    Windows conventions
  • INNfinity Hospitality SystemsTM captures all the

the change, what date the change was made, and

information before you can downloading the
    demonstration package.

14
Demonstration Packages
  • One of the Geac/UX competitor Hotellinx allow
people to downloading the self-extracting demo
    from the internet. (www.hotellinx.com/download.htm
