• Because arguments from the heart appeal to our
  emotions, they often cause us to have poor
  judgment.
• When evaluating an argument, one needs to
  evaluate whether there is a connection between
  the claim and the emotional appeal.
• In this case, there is no connection between the
  two. Losing weight will not make you happier.
