  evaluating plans that reflect the mission and
  interests of our members
• Conduct thorough reviews of selected business
  plans

Tactics

• Provide seed money for new and growing ventures
  supported or drawn to us by our project
  committees and networks.
• Such ventures would be spun off entirely as
  stand-alone businesses.
• Badger AgVest will not own or make direct
  investments in any agriculture business, separate
  LLCs make investments.
