• Technical Assistance Center for Sequential
  Intercept Mapping, training, consultation

  behavioral health care organization information

Accomplishments and Lessons Learned

• FMHI Technical Assistance Center is critical to
  assist with planning tasks, provide training and
  very to lend credibility to ensure full support
  of all partners in the process.
• Consumers are integral partners
• 1st CIT training scheduled April 2009
• Strategic plan and new collaborative partnerships
  will make Charlotte County more competitive for
  Federal grant
• A little goes a long way a great deal can be
  accomplished with lt65,000
• Next steps Repeat system mapping process for
  Juvenile Justice system
