• Why Redistrict?
• Provide housing for majority of students in
  standard classrooms
• Relieve overcrowding of schools
• Balance enrollment among schools
• When possible, minimal disruption of students
• Keep neighborhoods intact where possible

• 1 parent representative from each of the
  effected schools
• 1 faculty representative from each of the
  effected schools
• members selected by principal

• Enrollment forecast

• Existing identifiable boundaries
• School locations
• Student transportation

• November 29, 2005Final recommendations with
  revised boundary maps delivered to the schools.
• December 8, 2005, 700 p.m. Board of Education
  votes on redistricting at Lawrenceville East
