    shape north of town.
  • Road improvements include the expansion of the
    main expressway from four to six lanes. US
    Highway 77 has also been designated to become the
    future Interstate 69, which will be the NAFTA

  • The school district is made up of 50 schools.
  • The school district operates on a 415 million
    budget.

    Local students have been accepted to prestigious

    and Stanford to name a few.
  • Brownsville magnet schools offer advanced courses
    in engineering, science, math, music/art/theater,
