Main Focus

• Our Mission is to provide a tool for people that
  allows them to find places of interest to them,
  that are local to where they are, and allows them
  to manage a list of their most favorite places to
  visit
• Favorite places for each user can be saved into
  database example
• Restaurants
• Movie Theater
• Grocery Store
• Etc.

Accomplished goals from Iteration I

• Use my MySQL database to store favorites - Done
• Improve look of the website - Done
• Ability to search through embedded Google search
  option - Done
• Managed to keep a working website both in IE and
  Firefox Done

Project Updates

• Added a Login feature
• Working MySQL database now keeps track of
  favorites
• User name is saved under cookies of the users
  computer for useful favorite
• The users favorites are available through an XML
  file or as an RSS feed
• Blog for the site is set
• Mastered the Google base search

Iteration 3 Goals

• Replace Google local search with Google base
• Add CSS Style Sheet and XSLT to improve
  appearance of website
• Integrate with Blog engine for reviews
• Add a review tab to info window to search
  internet for reviews and ratings
