• Since 1993, Jennifer Nevitt Casey, Chief
  Executive Officer of Bravo Strategic Marketing,
  Inc., has developed return-on-investment
  strategies for multifamily real estate investment
  portfolios with a capitalized value exceeding 6
  billion. She is also a highly successful income
  growth strategist for residential assets and
  considered one of the nations most innovative
  real estate marketers. 
• Also, she is President of Rohman Management, and
  a Partner in Rohman Development, a New York
  City-based real estate development firm formed by
  a group of veteran professionals, targeting the
  Southeastern United States as its focus point for
  apartment development.
• In the real estate development arena, she
  currently provides consultation on product
  design, the importance of a developments timing,
  correct market positioning and proven successful
  leasing and for-sale marketing strategies. She
  is a contributing author of the Urban Land
  Institutes book, Developing Multifamily
  Housing, and co-author or the National
  Association of Home Builders book, How to Excel
  at Leasing Apartments.
• Ms. Nevitt Casey was also the former Chief
  Executive Officer, Inventor and Founder of
  YieldStar Technology, LLC, a yield management,
  B2B software application that optimized revenue
  for the multifamily real estate industry whose
  assets were acquired by RealPage.

• Kate Good has been leasing apartments her entire
  adult life She quickly gained recognition from
  her employer, Trammell Crow, as the number one
  leasing consultant by leasing 52 apartments and
  closing 48 renewals in one month! Her expertise
  and enthusiasm took her up the ladder in the
  corporate world until 7 years ago, she decided to
  start her own business as a professional speaker
  and marketing solutions expert.
• Kate has shared her innovative ideas with many
  organizations, including Apartment Associations
  in 37 cities, and national conventions such as
  The National Apartment Association, Multi-Family
  Brainstorming Sessions East and West, and the
  International Builders Show.  She is an eight
  time presenter at the Multi-Housing World Annual
  Convention. She consistently receives the highest

  style and audience involvement. Her presentations

• Kate spends the balance of her time working with
  clients in the for rent and for sale markets who
