• A platform independent solution for
  publishing/broker/deliver learning objects and
  packages enabling existing content publishers,
  e-learning service providers and platform vendors
  to interoperate and interchange Knowledge
  Packages to be included in personal and tailored
  learning experiences for end users

• KOD technical solution integrates emerging
  international specifications (e.g. IMS, ADL
  SCORM, IEEE LTSC, CEN ISSS LTWS) by means of
  advanced web technologies (e.g. intelligent
  agents, XML bindings)
• KOD Knowledge Packaging format extends emerging
  international e-learning specs enabling to
  publish all constituents and determinants of
  the KOD personal learning model (e.g. raw assets,
  user profiles, testing points, metadata,
  navigational logic)
