- Research Objective This research study was
commissioned by KPMG LLP as part of its
market demand assessment for a proposed new
convention/ event/civic center in Las Cruces.
The purpose of the survey was to measure Las
Cruces adult residents support for the
proposed development of a convention/event/ci
vic center to be located in Las Cruces, as
well as their perceptions about what features
should be included and proposed funding
