Minister of Environment (15.01.03) - A regulation is to be elaborated for granting
complex licenses for prevention and control of
the pollution from companies. They will be
obligatory for all companies in Bulgaria after
2007. - 250 companies are subject to licenses and they
could receive interim licenses in consideration
of presenting programs for implementetion of the
requrements in the respective terms.
