- Difficult at times to get certain clubs to
release their players for the internationals - Friendly's are especially difficult.
- Friendly games are a very important part of our
preparation. They are not meaningless. I get so
little time with the players that I need to see

- Again very difficult. Clubs sometimes
- dont want to release the players and will
- tell you all sorts of things as to why they
- are unavailable to represent their country.
- Then you get the players themselves
- calling the office and asking why they are

- they are fit to play.
