• Sedation dentistry is a term that refers to the
  use of anesthesia during treatment to put
  patients into a relaxed state, almost like
  sleep.  Sedation dentistry is often used during
  procedures that require an extensive amount of
  time in the treatment chair, and sedation is
  ideal for patients who exhibit dental phobia or
  have difficulty controlling their movements (this
  includes children).  While sedation dentistry
  implies that patients are unconscious, this is
  usually not the case.  Some forms of sedation

Meet Dr. Aaron Pryor

• Dr. Aaron Pryor is a native of Lebanon,
  Tennessee, where his state of the art office is
  located. He also now has an additional location
  in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. He served as a dentist
  is the United States Air Force where he earned
  over 500 hours of continuing dental education.
  Dr. Pryor completed an Advanced Education in
  General Dentistry at Eglin Air Force Base in 2002
  where he was trained in all aspects of general
  dentistry and sedation techniques. He is
  currently using a CAD/CAM Cerec machine which
  allows him to complete most restorative dental
  procedures the same day. He is a member of the
  Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
