What they Look Like

• About 1 to 10 meters long
• can weigh up to 140kg
• are cold blooded
• they grow relatively slowly in the wild
• Their Jaws can have up to 200 back ward curving
  teeth

Is it danger to humans

• Humans are apparently difficult for pythons to
  swallow head first because of the width of the
  shoulders
• but pythons have swallowed humans occasionally

• Few natural enemies on land others than humans
• large crocodiles sometimes attack and eat adult
