Order of Adjectives
  • When we want to use adjectives to describe many
    characteristics of a noun, put them in a correct
    order.
  • Basic order is
  • Article Opinion Fact NOUN
  • - The happy young little green African insect
    was flying.
  • - Three famous American baseball teams joined
    the game.

Relative clause Modify Nouns
  • Apart from adjectives, we can modify nouns by
    using relative clauses using which/ that to refer
    to the modified noun.
  • The cat ate our fish.
  • The cat was sleeping.
  • The cat that was sleeping ate our fish.
