Registration Hold

• Your registration may be blocked for the any
  following reasons
• Health Hold for everyone - verification of
  measles vaccination missing - call 644-6573 or
  fax medical info form to 644-8958
• Health Hold for International Students - health
  insurance required - call 644-4250
• Financial Hold - owe University money, even if
  only 0.01
• Admissions Hold - final transcripts missing

• Attendance is MANDATORY on first day of class
  you will be dropped for non-attendance
• Cant continue program / term? During 1st week,
  you can request schedule cancellation. Email me.

  schedule (email me) or withdraw from program
  contact Withdrawal Office, 644-1741

FEE PAYMENT

• Fees are due by 10th day of class or you will be
  charged a 100 late payment fee
• Payment Options

• Mail cashiers check, check, money order
• On-Line FSU Card or credit card only, with
  convenience fee ( MC, Discover, AMEX)

• Financial Aid is disbursed during second week of
  class
• Check the status of your financial aid at

• Assistantship Recipients (Full-time students
  only)
• Remember to sign appointment papers (Deans
  Office, Room 314) AND tuition waiver receipts
  (Graduate Office, Room 215) EVERY term

RETENTION POLICY

• Maintain 3.00 cumulative GPA
• No Ds or Fs
• Forgiveness Policy No longer available as a
  repeat policy. Now a one time drop option
  with the Associate Deans approval.
• Probation
• Dismissal
