overridden to allow receipt of email from SINA

Slide 10 of 31
11SINA Users Manager
Disk Management Tools Quota Delete Email Email
messages are removed on the basis of a
pre-determined algorithm which allocates points
to individual email messages based on the folder
they reside in, size, date received, domain
received from etc. In effect a large email from
a non-school address in the trash folder will
have a much higher rank than one half the size
from a school address in a folder created by a
user. The highest scoring emails will be deleted
in order until the user account is below their
quota.
- Disable email account
- Withdrawing a users email privileges will result
in disabling of the account so that it cannot
receive any email. - When sent from within Dingo mail with an invalid
email address message is returned. - When received from a third party email client the
email will bounce with an unknown user message.
