  • Sharp changes in attitude
  • Disunity, tension and jealousy
  • Arguing about minor details or picking holes in
    an idea, even when you might agree with the REAL
    issue

  • Questioning the wisdom of those appointed as
    leaders

  • Acceptance of the team, ground rules, roles in
    the team, individuality of fellow team members
  • Emotional conflict is reduced
  • Cooperation is increased
