- Resisting tasks, rules and good suggestions.
- Sharp changes in attitude
- Disunity, tension and jealousy
- Arguing about minor details or picking holes in
an idea, even when you might agree with the REAL
issue - Choosing sides, camps or cliques
- Questioning the wisdom of those appointed as
leaders

- Acceptance of the team, ground rules, roles in
the team, individuality of fellow team members - Emotional conflict is reduced
- Cooperation is increased
