10Partnership Opportunities
11 ROTC PaYS Wal-Mart Partnership Summary
A Winning Formula
A Partnership that shares in recruiting efforts,
shares talent and developed skills while
reconnecting America with its Army
The Army agrees to qualify, train, and provide
college graduates and commissioned officers
serving in the Army National Guard and Army
Reserve.
The Partner forecast positions and agrees to
interview Cadets that sign an SOU with Wal-Mart.
Wal-Mart ultimately hires the best qualified
individual for their organization according to
their business practices.
The Cadet agrees to sign an SOU with only one
company, with the realization that the interview
is for the forecasted position.
America benefits with a trained workforce that
understands patriotic service.
