2Key verses and Key Chapter Numbers 1422
"because all these men who have seen My glory and
the signs which I did in Egypt and in the
wilderness, and have put Me to the test now these
ten times, and have not heeded My voice, 23
"they certainly shall not see the land of which I
swore to their fathers, nor shall any of those
who rejected Me see it. Numbers 1434
'According to the number of the days in which you
spied out the land, forty days, for each day you
shall bear your guilt one year, namely forty
years, and you shall know My rejection.
3Hebrews 37 Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says
"Today, if you will hear His voice, 8 Do not
harden your hearts as in the rebellion, In the
day of trial in the wilderness, 9 Where your
fathers tested Me, tried Me, And saw My works
forty years. 10 Therefore I was angry with that
generation, And said, 'They always go astray in
their heart, And they have not known My ways.'
11 So I swore in My wrath, 'They shall not enter
My rest.' " 12 Beware, brethren, lest there be
in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in
departing from the living God 13 but exhort one
another daily, while it is called "Today," lest
any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness
of sin. 14 For we have become partakers of
Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence
steadfast to the end, 15 while it is said
"Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden
your hearts as in the rebellion." 16 For who,
having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all
who came out of Egypt, led by Moses? 17 Now with
whom was He angry forty years? Was it not with
those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the
wilderness? 18 And to whom did He swear that
they would not enter His rest, but to those who
did not obey? 19 So we see that they could not
enter in because of unbelief.
41 Corinthians 101 Moreover, brethren, I do not
want you to be unaware that all our fathers were
under the cloud, all passed through the sea, 2
all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in
the sea, 3 all ate the same spiritual food, 4
and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they
drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them,
and that Rock was Christ. 5 But with most of
them God was not well pleased, for their bodies
were scattered in the wilderness. 6 Now these
things became our examples, to the intent that we
should not lust after evil things as they also
lusted. 7 And do not become idolaters as were
some of them. As it is written, "The people sat
down to eat and drink, and rose up to play." 8
Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of
them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand
fell 9 nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them
also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents 10
nor complain, as some of them also complained,
and were destroyed by the destroyer. 11 Now all
these things happened to them as examples, and
they were written for our admonition, upon whom
the ends of the ages have come. 12 Therefore let
him who thinks he stands take heed less he falls.

high points 1. The Nazarite vow (Num. 6) Amos
211 I raised up some of your sons as prophets,
And some of your young men as Nazirites. Is it
not so, O you children of Israel?" Says the LORD.
12 "But you gave the Nazirites wine to drink,
And commanded the prophets saying, 'Do not
prophesy!'
72. Grasshopper complex Numbers 1333 "There we
saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from
the giants) and we were like grasshoppers in our
own sight, and so we were in their sight."
8Joshua 2 8 Now before they lay down, she came up
to them on the roof, 9 and said to the men "I
know that the LORD has given you the land, that
the terror of you has fallen on us, and that all
the inhabitants of the land are fainthearted
because of you. 10 "For we have heard how the
LORD dried up the water of the Red Sea for you
when you came out of Egypt, and what you did to
the two kings of the Amorites who were on the
other side of the Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom you
utterly destroyed. 11 "And as soon as we heard
these things, our hearts melted neither did
there remain any more courage in anyone because
of you, for the LORD your God, He is God in
heaven above and on earth beneath.
9Hebrews 1035 Therefore do not cast away your
confidence, which has great reward. Philippians
411 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I
have learned in whatever state I am, to be
content 12 I know how to be abased, and I know
how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I
have learned both to be full and to be hungry,
both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do
all things through Christ who strengthens me.
10Hebrews 414- Seeing then that we have a great
High Priest who has passed through the heavens,
Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our
confession. 15 For we do not have a High Priest
who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but
was in all points tempted as we are, yet without
sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the
throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and
find grace to help in time of need.
113. A beautiful passage Numbers 624 "The LORD
bless you and keep you 25 The LORD make His
face shine upon you, And be gracious to you 26
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And
give you peace." ' 27 "So they shall put My name
on the children of Israel, and I will bless
them. The two fold message from the book of
Numbers. 1 Gods people are saved to serve 2 Gods
people must beware of unbelief
