provide you an explanation for the correct answer
as well as a page reference for where the
correct subject matter can be found in your IT
Service Management Foundations ITIL Study Guide
provided on the first day of your course

We recommend that you browse the entire Student
Portal site and specifically do the following
prior to your course
1. Read the Welcome to the ITIL Foundations
Course announcement 2. Click the Register for
the ITIL Exam link and register for you ITIL exam
3. Take the ITIL Practice exams, and Submit to
the General Discussion board any questions or
suggestions about the course.
