AgIT Call Center Fair Hours

• June 17 August 5
• Monday through Thursday 730 am to 9 pm
• Friday 730 am to 6 pm
• Saturday 10 am to 8 pm
• Full-time Call Center Staff will provide coverage
• The IEEA Tech Committee was surveyed and no
  Sunday coverage will be provided.

New Machine Updates

• Machines began shipping May 17
• Should begin arriving in local offices anytime
• When received FAX packing lists to AgIT at
  765.494.8342
• Donna Gaylord, AgIT Secretary, will contact you
  to schedule installation
• We will work with you to avoid disrupting your
  fair preparations and operation.

Computer Security

• Sharing Accounts
• It is a violation of Purdue and AgIT Computer
  policy to share computer accounts. Computer
  privileges can be revoked if violation occurs
• This includes logging in and then letting another
  person work in your account even if you did not
  give them your password.
• Password Security
• Password Complexity, length
• Password Changes
• Locking or Logging Off

• Requested Computer Accounts
• Being setup as quickly as possible
• So far 14 CES Interns and 30 Summer Assistants
• Differences between summer users and full-time
  users
• No _at_purdue.edu email
• What about Purdue students?
• When Summer ends
• Be sure to include an end date when requesting
  account.
• Default disable date August 18, 2005

• Safe

• Available to all College of Agriculture staff
• Not available to persons outside the University
• Is in the programs folder under Start
