HiSIM-2 Integration Current Status
  • Silvaco implementation in SmartSpice/UTMOST
  • Based on the latest code provided by HiSIM2
    developers
  • Invoked by specifying LEVEL111 VERSION200
  • NQS model based on internal network
    (BSIM3/BSIM4-like)
  • compatible with integration approach for
    transient analysis
  • AC/RF results consistent with transient analysis
  • both schemes will be supported in the near
    future
  • BSIM3v3.1 bulk junction diode models
  • VDIFFJ not supported default value (0.5)
    ensures compatibility
  • other models available via ACM/DIOLEV/JCAP
    selectors

    saving
