Environmental legislation concerning lakes

• 1974 Environmental protection law. Objectives for
  lake quality, Improved sewage water treatment
• 1987 National action plan on water environment.
  Aiming at 80 reduction of P from sewage water.
  Research. Revised in 1998 and 2003. Sewage in
  rural areas.
• 2003 Water framework Directive. Diffuse loading
  as well as point sources.
