• Change in habitat e.g. zebra mussel, spawning
  beds
• Change in place in lake e.g. black crappie is a
  major walleye egg and fry predator
• Historically, the walleye population was boosted
  with stocking, the last one in the 60s

• Agreement that we will investigate and move ahead
  
• Build a walleye team
• Track other plans.. Spawning bed rehab,
  commercial fish hatchery costs
• Secure egg source
• Work with all regulatory bodies
• Not publicize the stocking program
