State-of-the-art Equipment

• Ship-to-Shore Cranes have 100-ton lift capacity
• Translifter and Cassette system will be
  introduced to the US to replace terminal
  chassis operations
• Shuttle Trucks introduced to container
  industry, and will be used to replace UTRs for
  vessel operations
• Semi-automated Rail Mounted Gantry (RMG) cranes
  will be introduced in US for yard operations

Environmental Benefits

• 5.8 million contribution to Elizabeth River
  Trust Fund, seeding of oyster beds and purchase
  of mitigated wetlands
• Created 41 acres of wetlands and stormwater

  surrounding area
• Terminal efficiencies will reduce trucker idle
  time, thus reducing emissions
• 95 of all trucks will be serviced in 11 minutes
  or less from stacks

  from a traditionally high risk environment to
  inside office buildings
• Eliminated neighborhood truck traffic by
  redesigning of interchange that allows truckers
