Synopsis
  • In a post nuclear holocaust world, a strict
regime has eliminated war by suppressing emotion
books, art and music are strictly forbidden and
feeling is a crime punishable by death.
  • The interior of the cities contain the law
abiding citizens who take Prozium, a
mind-altering drug that hinders emotion. Outside
the walls, the deteriorating world of old
remains, housing those who choose to feel. These
people also choose to openly rebel against the
    established authoritarian government and are
    brutally hunted for it.
  • Cleric John Preston is a top ranking government
agent responsible for destroying those who
resist. When he misses his dose of Prozium,
Preston sees the world in a new light.
  • After seeing how he lives with emotions he's
never felt, Preston has a choice to make either
help the resistance or fall back into the grey
    masses and destroy that rebellion.

To feel or not to feel?
  • Against the law to feel, to show emotion, or
    empathy.
  • Everyone is depicted as mechanical.
  • Everything is grey and anything individual is
    shunned.
  • Uniformity is the only way and nothing short of
    perfection is accepted.
