Dobin Mushi

• Dobin--- means teapot mushi--- means steamed
• A teapot is the traditional way to serve
  matsutake mushrooms in a soup.
• A variety of morsels (prawn, fish,chicken,
  shiitake, gingko nuts) in a gently-flavoured
  fish-stock based soup, steamed and served in a
  clay tea-pot.
• How to eat?
• First, squeeze the lemon juice into the soup.
• Second, the clear soup is drunk and then the
  goodies (mushrooms and vegetables) picked out
  from the teapot.
