- Imagine the following. A friend has asked you to
sample a meal that they intend serving at a very
important family event. - Imagine that you are served the most delectable
plate of food you have ever seen, smelt, tasted
or even heard of. This food is so marvelous you
dont want it to end. You want to live off it
for ever. - Now imagine the most horrible drink you can
conjure perhaps a warm prawn milk shake.
Imagine this disgusting drink is served with the
glorious food you have just eaten. - Now imagine a friend has asked you to give a
single rating for this meal OVERALL. What rating
will you give it on the scale below? Remember
they are planning a very special family event and
your opinion is VERY important to them - Pause the slides here and think about your

rewards. These are things that can make a job
really great if they are present

Hygiene factors will never make a job really
great even if they are positive. They are things
like the administration and policies of the
organisation. If they are very good they just
wont drive you crazy.
