SMS Whiteboard

• This is an experimental system which uses a
  Web-based application to receive and display
  messages sent from a mobile phone.
• This application is being developed as a teaching
  example of interactive applications as well as a
  cheap interactive teaching tool
• Technology used-
• JavaScript to update the page and drag-n-drop
  (DHTML)
• PHP for message and board processing on the
  server
• A Relational Database (MySQL) for storage
• The so-called AJAX capability of browsers to
  provide interactivity between browser and server
