4.5 Laps Swimmers will start from the SouthWest
corner and proceed diagonally to the Northeast
Corner and then continue counter clockwise around
the buoys for 4.5 laps. The total distance for
the swim will be 700yds. Distances are calculated
between the buoy and is the minimum distance the
racer will swim if swimming closest to the buoy.

Each wave will have 50 people with 20 minute
heats. Cut off time will be _at_ 17 minutes with no
penalty. Warm up will occur before the first
heat with a 30 minute warm up period. 2 life
guards present with the aquatics director and 2
additional aquatics staff members providing
support.
