Where is Vice-President?
I am sorry that I am not able to be with you and
to enjoy what I am sure will be an excellent
event.
  • I may be on the other side of Europe but have
    been involved in the organisation right up until
    today and have no doubt that I will still be
    involved over the next few days.
  • In the meantime, I wish the President a peaceful
    week without the Vice-President ? and I wish you
    all success in a beautiful country.
  • I hope that you all have a great week and that
    you learn a lot from Estonia and from other
    countries.
  • I know that my Estonian friends will look after
    you very well - just as they have with me over
    the last few years when we have worked together
