Administrators any Personnel Specialist - Manager- State program managers
- Supervisor Same view as Manager without the
ability to make changes - Administrator - NGB

- Counseling notes
- View recent and archived policies
- Answer soldier questions
- Check status of personnel actions

for Bonuses, SLRP, HPLRP and Kicker
This is where you will go to get your control
numbers once the state manager has approved your
request.

You can also enter a soldiers SSN or name to view
their data stored in IMARC. We are entering the
last name Smith. You also have the ability to
search by UIC, MOS or Control Number by clicking
on the drop down box locate here.
23 SMITH
By entering Smith in the search box shows all
Smiths in your state.
Clicking on an SSN will take you to that
soldiers page.
24 You can also view Smiths in other states (this
option may be deleted in the future)
25 Note soldiers data to include Unit data, ETS,
PEBD, MOB data..
26 Next we will click on the SRIP TAB located below
to view the soldiers bonus data. You may also
view any of the other programs below by clicking
on that TAB. NOTE if TAB is grayed out like
the Loan Repayment Tab that will indicate the
soldier does not have that benefit at that time.

By clicking on the SRIP TAB above you can view
the soldiers bonus record to include contract
status, control number, TL number, date paid by
DFAS and future pay dates.

29Here you can run reports on all of the iMARC
programs. Just select the program from the above
selection on the left and the select what report
you would like to run from the selection on the
right. You may select several different search
criteria's for each report.
30Next we will click on IMARC Support. Here you
will get all the contact numbers and information
needed to answer your IMARC questions. Notice
the check marks next to the names. This lets you
know who is able to answer questions pertaining
to that program.
