What We Did About It

• Read about LibGuides from Springshare at the end
  of October 2007
• Explored their demo site.
• Reviewed other guides.
• Brainstormed and sketched out how we could use
  the product.
• Confirmed that we could put it in all our online
  courses.
• Subscribed in November

How We Prepared

• Requested a new logo and selected colors
• Copied and modified scripts to create search
  boxes for our catalog and e-journal lists.
• Created RSS feed from our blog/tag cloud feed
  from Del.icio.us.
• Posed for a picture.

What We Made

• Set up contact information for each guide.
• Created main library guide and master program
  guide in December.
• Created over 80 program guides and several
  additional library guides citing sources,
  evaluating, plagiarism, etc.
• Organized by adding tags and subjects.
• Distributed links and widgets in January.
