Physical Description
  • A warthog looks like it has warts all over its
    face.
  • Baby warthogs weigh 1.5 pounds and grow to be 140
    pounds.
  • Warthogs can be gray or brown and they sticks
    their tail in air when they run.

Habitat
  • Warthogs live in central and east Africa.
  • They mostly live on savannas where it is dry, but
    they need to stay near water to stay cool.
  • They avoid rainforest, desert and high mountains.

Food and Diet
  • Warthogs eat short grass.
  • Warthogs are herbivores.

Predators
  • Warthogs protect themselves from predators by
