PARKING
  • Register your vehicle when you arrive in the fall
    through the Student Development Office
  • You will need to know your license plate number
  • All parking permits are 40
  • Permits are exchanged for no charge in future
    years

MEAL PLANS
  • Option 1 23 Meals
  • 23 meals per week
  • Best value, but least flexible
  • Option 2 Block 200
  • 200 meals with 100 points
  • Option 3 Block 150
  • 150 meals with 275 points
  • All full meal plans are the same price!
  • All three plans can be used in either Wildcat
    Express or Baldwin Dining Center.
  • Only options 2 and 3 allow meals to be shared
    with family friends.

Transfer Students Additional Options
  • Can select from options 1, 2, and 3 as described
    for freshmen
  • Also partial meal plans
  • Option 4 10 Meals
  • Any 10 meals per week
  • Option 5 Block 120
  • 120 meals with 150 points
  • Both partial meal plans are the same price!
  • Both plans can be used in either Wildcat Express
    or Baldwin Dining Center.

Important Meal Plan Information
  • Meal plans are selected on the on-line housing
    form.
  • All students are automatically given Option 3
    (Block 150) unless you request another plan.
  • Meal plans can be changed each semester during
    the first two weeks of the semester.
  • Only options 1, 2, and 3 keep you eligible for a
    Room Board Freeze in future semesters.
  • Unused meals dont roll over to the spring
    semester, but unused points do.
  • Leftover points/meals after the Spring semester
    do not roll over to May Term or the next fall.
  • All resident students are required to have a meal
    plan.

  • Click on Academics and Job Postings
  • Applications can be printed out and given to the
    appropriate office when you get here
  • Check back frequently! Jobs are added as they
    become available.

  • Food Service
  • You can load your account with money through the
    Pioneer Food Service office
  • Commuter Lounge in the Student Center
  • Lockers available through the Game Room
  • Refrigerator, microwave, and sink
  • Get involved on campus!

JUST FOR RESIDENTS
  • Who is required to live on campus?
  • All students, unless they are
  • Living with their parents (not other relatives)
  • Married
  • 23 years of age or older
  • A senior (90 earned credit hours)
  • Taking 6 or less credit hours
  • Where should I live?!?
  • All of our facilities are excellent, so we
    strongly recommend requesting a hall based on the
    sense of community in that hall!

Transfer Students ( Older Freshmen)
  • May request any hall other than Bowman and
    Shatford, and North Hall Complex East
  • Transfer Females may be placed in North Hall
    Complex West (all upperclassmen female hall)
  • May request apartment areas if eligible
  • Junior by credit hours (60 hours earned)
  • OR 21 years old by the start of the semester
  • Apartment areas are

Housing Assignments Requests
  • Housing Assignments
  • Assignments will be mailed to your home by August
    10th.
  • Your assignment and roommate information will be
    included.
  • Housing Requests
  • You may request preferred halls or roommates.
  • Requests must be mutual to be paired together!
    (by ID )
  • Requests can be made on your on-line application
    through
  • July 19th.
  • Requests received after July 19 cannot be
    honored.
  • Requests are honored in the order that the
    tuition deposit was received by Admissions.
  • Earlier date Better chance of getting into your
    first choice hall!
  • Later date May not get preferred hall or
    roommate, may be in expanded housing

Expanded Housing
  • What is expanded housing?
  • Triples Adding a 3rd person to a room that
    normally holds 2
  • Quads Adding a 4th person to a room that
    normally holds 3
  • Which halls will have it?
  • Evans, Martin Hall, Kem, Reed, Hodson, and
    Scripture
  • How will I be compensated?
  • Students who are assigned to expanded housing
    triples only (not quads) for longer than two
    weeks will receive a 4 per day housing rebate at
    the end of the semester.
  • How do you decide who is in a triple?
  • The date the tuition deposit was submitted to
    Admissions
  • This year we will be full especially female
    spaces!
  • There is a possibility that you may be in a
    tripled room!
  • What if I want to triple with 2 other friends?
  • Great! Just let us know and we can accommodate!
