• A. M We warmed up well and truly today as it
  was freezzzzzzing out there and played out
  silly theme songs for the week!
• Blue group stayed with Adrian, Laura and Tajana
  in the hall OH MY GOD!!!! What a routine with
  Adrian! He really surpassed himself. The routine
  is highly energetic and was soooo boy band,
  thriller and high knee jumps. Collectively as a
  group this is the best they have worked together.
  Niall helped others who were finding the moves
  slightly challenging, whilst Lauren got into boy
  band character magnificently. They were all so
  eager, when offered a water break many refused!!
  Olesya and Anoushka were working extremely well
  outshining the enthusiastic backstreet fans Ian
  and Kadim.!!! All will be revealed at Fridays
  performance!!
• Red group welcomed Mr James Walton back from his
  holidays (a popular tutor from the summer school)
  and he joined Sammy, Rich and Jess The
  Dangerous Reds in the Sports Hall took mission
  number two today. Today started with an exciting
  warm up of Mountains and Volcanoes, and Rob the
  Nest. We then split the group to do different
  sports. James and Rich took some of the guys to
  continue their Wildcat basketball training with a
  match that would test their abilities to the max.
  Particular mention goes to Nick for his
  incredible resilience and ability to play through
  everything, even a disallowed basket. Sam and
  Jess took the rest to do some different
  activities, where tempers started flaring but
  luckily Elly was on hand to remain as the face of
  kindness.

• Red group stayed with Laura, Tajana, Jess for
  Adrians Happy Feet dance workshop. A few drama
  games to get the dangerous reds raring to perform
  the Happy Feet routine was to a song called Jump
  and Move and thats literally what they had to
  do!!. The Concept was all about looking cool and
  calm until the upbeat chorus came. Nathaniel and
  Gabriel gave extremely cool positions with the
  head tilted and bopping to the side whilst having
  their arms folded!! Meanwhile Pia decided that
  the choreography should begin sitting on the
  stairs as it would give a more relaxed look!
  Jessicas impression of a D.J. was unbelievably
  chilled!! Great attitude from all of the Red
  group!!
• Blue Group went with Sammy, Rich and James in the
  Sports hall The Cool Blues were prevented from
  using half the Hall by the footballers, but that
  didnt stop them from making the most of what
  they had. The Blues used half the hall to play
  Basketball, and started off with some incredibly
  complicated dribbling routines, including
  dribbling while putting the ball through your
  legs!! Then we went on to do some shooting
  drills, in which many people showed their
  shooting finesse. When it came down to the actual
  matches, many people rally started to shine. For
  example, Eleanor really showed her defensive
  qualities, despite being not as tall as some of
  the others. Ian also showed some great leadership
  because being one of the oldest on his team he
  continued to encourage the younger ones and made
  sure everyone was getting a chance on the ball.
