Mission Statement

• It is the mission of the Tooth Fairy Clubhouse
  Free Clinic to provide quality health care to all
  persons unable to pay for dental services.
• Special effort shall be made to include any child
  presented to the clinic.
• It is the mission of the Clinic to meet the
  highest degree of dignity, professionalism and
  confidentiality
