Elastic nails (titanium) Usage - are used
for elastic stabile intramedullary osteosynthesis
which is indicated for treatment of
dia- and metaphysis fractures at children.
There is a cartilage in these parts of long
bone in children age whose spreading
causes the bone protraction.

tibia are introduced through trepanation
opening in corticalis into a medullary cavity
through reponated fracture and are featherly
placed into spongiosis
