How do we measure Success? (Goal from ESF2 /
ESF5 joint grant application)
Goal Ensure through the delivery of a Service
Oriented Architecture (SOA) the ability to
securely discover and exchange incident data with
regional partners. Objective Facilitate
near-term sharing of minimum essential data
elements including geospatial reference. Objectiv
