  • Number of outstanding calls falling reduced
    from approx. 900 to 400 mainly due to change in
    working practices and aided by remote resolution
    the result of expansion of users migrated onto
    WHITS domain.

    locally identified service users can be given
    additional administrative functions (reset /
    change passwords, add accounts etc.) is having a
    positive effect on overall service.
