How do you know it is VT ?
  • May be difficult to distinguish ventricular
    tachycardia from atrial tachycardia with aberrant
    conduction e.g. LBBB
  • Default position assume ventricular
  • Look for confirmatory features
  • capture beats

  • extreme axis deviation
