Recommendations

• People of Chesham and environs (Greater Chesham)
  deserve better local health facilities.
• Reject NHS PCT s preferred Option 4 Moving
  of beds to Amersham and possible development of
  health zone on Berkhamsted Road site.
• SaCH recommend a new Option 5. It is a
  combination of
• Option 1 To retain the services in Chesham
  Hospital in the short-term,
• followed by
• A variation on Option 2 To build a new
  hospital, adjacent to current Chesham Hospital
  within the hospital grounds, with enhanced
  facilities.
