  • Promote the use of more efficient tricycle
    engines sound operation practices
  • Develop livelihood entrepreneurial skills of
    tricycle drivers operators
  • Strengthen local capacities on Clean Air Act
    enforcement

Preventive Maintenance 481 (12 of total)
tricycle drivers were trained 3-hour lecture and
hands-on training Tools and manuals were
provided Resolution requiring regular engine
clean-up passed by the TODAs
