Hardin County Hardin LaRue Diabetes Coalition
will meet from 6-730 PM on 7/7 9/1at the
LaRue County Extension Office. Diabetes Support
Group is offered at Hardin Memorial Hospital on
7/2, 8/13, 9/3 at 6 PM. Please call

information. Managing Your Meals will be at
Lincoln Trail District Health Dept.on 7/17, 8/21,
9/18. Initial class from 10-11 AM and follow-up
from 130-230 PM on. Registration is
required. Youth With Diabetes will meet 8/21
from 630-8PM at Hardin Memorial Hospital 5th
Floor. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! An 8 week
smoking cessation class will be offered in

information.
Nelson County Managing Your Meals will be at the
health department on 8/24, 9/28 . Initial class
from 9-10 AM and follow-up from 11AM-12 PM on.
Registration is required. Marion, Nelson
Washington Diabetes Coalition will meet on 8/25,
9/22 at Diabetes Care Solutions in Bardstown
from 445-545.
Meade County Breck-Meade Diabetes Coalition
will meet at the Meade County Health Center at
1200 PM on 9/1. Managing Your Meals will be at
the health department. Initial class from 1-2 PM
and follow up from 230-330 PM on 7/8, 8/12,
9/9. Registration is required. 7/23 Breast

Grayson County Grayson Diabetes Coalition will
meet at the Grayson County Extension Office from
9-10 AM CST on 7/28, 8/25, 9/22. Diabetes
Support Group will meet at the Health Department
from 2-3PM CST on 8/24 9/28. Registration is
required. Managing Your Meals will be at the
health department. Initial class from 830-930
AM and follow-up from 10-11 AM CST on 7/9, 8/13,
9/10. Registration is required.
Marion County Marion, Nelson Washington
Diabetes Coalition will meet on 8/25, 9/22 from
445-545 at Diabetes Care Solutions in
Bardstown. Marion County Family Fitness and
Safety Day will be held at Graham Memorial Park
in Lebanon on Saturday, August 29th from 1-4pm
for children in grades K-6 and their
families.   The 12-week Cooper Clayton Method to
Smoking Cessation series will be held at Spring
View Hospital beginning on Thursday, August 6th. 
The class will meet on Thursdays at 530pm each
week.  Pre-registration is required.  Please
