• Status of action items from previous management
  review meetings
• Quality objectives
• Results of audits
• Customer feedback
• Reports of nonconforming work

• Status of preventive and corrective actions
• Results of inter-laboratory comparisons or
  proficiency tests
• Changes in the volume and type of work
• Reports from managerial and supervisory personnel
• Status of Work Plans

• Laboratory resources
• Staff training
• Changes that could affect the quality management
  system
• Recommendations for improvement

• Management will Discuss and Identify
• Areas of Improvement
• Resources needed human resources, environment,
  equipment and infrastructure
• Updated quality objectives and quality policy
  statements
• Corrective and preventive actions required as a
  result of the management review meeting
• Assignments and schedules to implement items
  identified.

• Personnel in attendance
• Status of all action items
• Summary of the information presented
• List of new action item assignments
• Meeting minutes are records and will be archived!!
