17Overview of key next steps
- Complete Clinical Director appointments
- Develop/identify Executive and ratify membership
and organisation with CLRN Board - Work with host organisation to appoint core team
(Senior Manager, Lead RMG Manager, Information
Manager, Administrator) and establish CLRN office
- Undertake a mapping exercise across the CLRN to
determine what portfolio studies are ongoing
within constituent organisation and outline
levels of activity - Consider possible models of organisation and
resource allocation for the CLRN - Identify leads within CLRN priority areas and
input into discussions around development of
national subject-specific groups - Develop an operational plan which identifies
topic strengths and opportunities in the CLRN and
an outline of the way in which the 07/08 per
capita funding will be distributed
