Advising / Registration
  • Academic Advising
  • Transfer students are assigned an academic
    advisor when admitted to the university.
  • Students are paired with an advisor from their
    selected major advisor provides one-on-one
    assistance in course selection.
  • Advising is required before registering for
    courses.

  • Check our website or printed schedules for
    advising and registration times.
  • Make an appointment and select courses with your
    advisor.
  • Either register online or in the Registrars
    office -3rd floor of the administration building.
  • In order to drop a course not only is approval
    needed from an academic advisor, but approval is
    also needed from the instructor after classes
    begin.

  • Payment plans must be set up by August 5 (fall
    semester) and/or January 5 (spring semester)

  • 4 tuition payments of 25 each
  • 25.00 enrollment fee
  • Initial 25 payment is collected at the time of
    enrollment
  • Remaining payments will be automatically deducted

Academic Policies
  • Graduation Requirements
  • Minimum 124 credit hours - 248 grade points
    2.0 GPA
  • Minimum 45 credit hrs or 25 of credit hours
    earned at Wesleyan
  • Minimum 15 upper division hours in major field of
    study earned at Wesleyan
  • Minimum of 24 upper level hours earned at
    Wesleyan
  • Application for degree plan must be filed during
    last semester of sophomore year
  • Application for graduation must be filed during
    the semester before you plan to graduate

    securely access the university's administrative
    database. RamLink provides direct web access to
    selected portions of students' academic and
    financial records. You can sign up on Wesleyans
    home page.
  • User Account set up or change password
  • Financial Profile account summary or make
    payment to account
  • Financial Aid check status by term or year
    complete award letter
  • Registration search or register for classes and
    add/drop classes
  • Academic Profile check grades or GPA,
    transcript, class schedule and degree plan
