- A vision for the future structure of UCDHSCs
Academic and Student Affairs organization is one
that - maximizes its ability to support UCDHSCs
multiple missions of learning, discovery,
engagement, and clinical care, - has programmatic identity rather than geographic
identity, - delivers university-wide programs by units that
report to a single leader, usually at the
associate vice chancellor level - operates as a part of a single seamless
university sited in many places and - focuses on service delivery that maximizes
accessibility and convenience for students and
faculty across the universitys many locations.

enterprise in all divisions no later than July 1,
